Every human has a different metabolism, body, and needs. Plus, all of our bodies react differently to different foods, not to mention our different genders, ages, experience, goals, and preferences.
This requires a training program specifically tailored to your genetic structure and desired results.
You absolutely can not and will not be able to obtain maximum results by using the same one-size-fits-all, cookie-cutter, yo-yo programs your friends are using.
When you train this way, science is working against you, not for you.
And because of this, our personal training programs are developed specifically for you, and the best thing about our programs is our ability to build them in such a way gives you the flexibility to workout your way, either in our gym, at home or on the road.
First we assess your needs, desired goals and timelines so we can develop a consistent, long-term plan to get to where you to be in the time you need to be there.
After we develop your program, training in our gym happens in a semi-private setting with 1-6 people training at a time.
The program and coaching you will receive is completely individualized and there are no waiting lines at the equipment because everyone has a different program and equipment usage is staggered.
For people who travel or train at home, we can tailor a program that allows progress and fine-tuning your path to success around your schedule, not ours.
Our programs also offer a seamless transition from rehabilitation to higher-level training for patients who have completed physical therapy or occupational therapy and want to build on the improvements they’ve made.
As you progress, so will your program. Science dictates that your program must change to make continued progress. Your program will constantly evolve with your performance, to challenge you, excite you, and to increase your movement, fat-burning, and strength.
